Congratulations to employee at Stow-Glen Retirment Village who are celebrating their second year of being 100 percent employee owned. 

Stow-Glen was established in 1984 by Mr. David Baker.  Stow-Glen is home to over 300 residents who reside in the Independent Living, Assisted Living, Cherry Creek Acres, Skilled and Long Term Care Nursing; Home Health Care and Adult Day Care. 

In addition, they have a catering company, Three Hearts Catering that provides monthly meals to Stow Sunshiners and the City of Stow Parks and Recreation Department.  In 2000, Mr. Baker sold 46 percent of the company to the employees and in 2010 - the employees purchased the remainder of the business and the land. 

What a great way to appreciate your employees, work towards retirment and provide satisfaction the staff.
