A Man Was Seen Doing WHAT in His Car at Target?
Information provided by the Stow Police Department.
On Dec. 5, a woman called Stow Police after she saw what looked like a man performing a lewd act in his car in the Target parking lot, according to a police report.
The woman wasn't sure if that was what the man was doing, the report stated, but she wanted to report it.
When police arrived, they were unable to identify a suspect, the report stated. No one was charged.

This is the kind of story (too often featured) that negates any kind of credibility Stow Patch might be aspiring to as a news source.
Is it really necessary to include this story, especially as a lead item? After seeing this I have no interest in continuing to read today's items. I can almost hear Beavis and Butthead... "hehe hehe"
