Out with one baby store and in with another!
Carter's, a baby through early child clothing store, will open in the former Once Upon a Child building in the Target plaza on Feb. 21.
Carter's is the leading brand of baby clothes, gifts and accessories in the nation, according to its website.
The next closest Carter's store is in Aurora Farms Premium Outlets in Aurora.
