On Dec. 29, a drunken Stow man slammed into the back of two cars stopped at the intersection of Graham and Darrow roads, according to a Stow police accident report.
All three drivers were headed north on Darrow Road when 52-year-old Randall Day hit them from behind. One driver was from Hudson, 53, the other was a Stow resident and business owner, 49. Both victims had two passengers, and no one was seriously injured.
Day is facing charges of assured clear distance and driving under the influence. He refused to take a breath test at the scene, the report stated.
