Tonight's City Council meeting was at 7 p.m. in City Hall.

All legislation was unanimously passed tonight.

• A resolution granting a conditional zoning certificate approval to Diane Waskowski, applicant, and Patrick Williams of Williams Land Corp., property owner, to operate a gymnastics training facility at 1531 Commerce Dr. 

• An ordinance authorizing the mayor to make and enter into a contract with Power City International Trucks, without the necessity of public bids, to provide parts and service for the calendar year 2011.
• An ordinance amending Chapter 196, entitled "Income Tax Grant Program," particularly section 196.03 thereof, entitled "Schedule of Grant Benefits."
