"Archie's Enchanted Encounter" was unveiled Friday at Lock 3 in Akron. Nearly 1,000 people turned out to see Archie, the talking snowman who once towered over shoppers at Chapel Hill Mall before being torn down. Akron residents David Burkett and Tommy Uplinger led the initiative to bring Archie back.
