LOOK: What's Missing From City Hall Holiday Decorations?

This year's holiday lights were just set up at Stow City Hall. However, they did break tradition by making a change.

Mayor Sara Drew decided it was time to scrap the light-up holiday cutouts from this year's Stow City Hall display. Drew explained the decision to break tradition came after many of the cutouts had fallen into disrepair over the last decade. What do you think of the new lighting scheme?
