A 25-year-old McTaggart Road resident called police Aug. 17 around 12:30 a.m. to complain about loud noises coming from her neighbor’s half of the duplex.

The woman told officers that she has heard loud arguing in the neighbor’s bedroom, the same room she shares a wall with in her apartment. The woman said after the arguing, she heard “extremely loud sex” coming from her neighbor’s apartment.

Earlier that day, the woman said the couple was arguing in the driveway of the duplex as well. Police said the woman said she heard several profanities yelled at the other woman.

Officers went to neighbor’s door, but “as usual,” the suspect would not answer the door, the report said.

Disorderly conduct is a minor-misdemeanor in this situation.
