Stow Police said a man being kept in the bullpen at Stow Municipal Court Thursday afternoon decided to relieve himself.

Officers said the man urinated on the floor. According to the report, the man was not suspected of using drugs or alcohol. 

"He gave no explanation for his actions," said Lt. Anne Stirm.

Public indecency is a fourth-degree misdemeanor and disorderly conduct is a minor-misdemeanor.

If convicted or he enters a guilty plea, Stirm said he will likely get a small fine and have to pay some court costs.
