Marhofer Rezoning Request on Planning Commission Agenda
Marhofer dealership wants three single-family properties on Thorndale rezoned from residential to commercial.
The Stow Planning Commission will meet at 6 tonight at City Hall to consider a rezoning request made by Ron Marhofer of the Marhofer Auto Family for three Thorndale Avenue properties the company owns.
Marhofer is seeking to change the zoning of adjacent properties located at 1941, 1947 and 1955 Thorndale from R-3 Residential to C-3 Community Retail.
The properties are located on the north side of Thorndale, east of the Marhofer dealership. There are single-family dwellings on each the properties which, combined, total about 1.3 acres.
