This site plan shows the new Panera Bread that will be built on Graham Road.

Workers installed the signs for the new Panera Bread to be built on Graham Road in the former Big Boy location Monday.

In December, Stow City Council unanimously approved plans for the second Panera Bread location. The eatery already has a restaurant on Kent Road.

The new 8,823-square-foot Panera will be located at 1063 Graham Road, where the long vacant Big Boy restaurant was demolished in November.

Stow Planning Director Rob Kurtz said a permit application has been submitted and construction plans are currently being reviewed for the new building by the city.

oof,.. that's gonna make an already-overloaded intersection even crazier. Or, you can go to Nervous Dog Coffee Bar, on Steel's Corners/Rt 8 and Hudson Dr... and support a locally-owned business instead!!!

Plus, FAR better coffee, but I'm a bit biased :) -Michael.

ps... and then there's Mocha Maiden on Graham and 91, another fine, locally-owned establishment. We love them, too.
