Stolen Wallet Pops Up in Gas Station Trash

Gas Station Employee Finds Wallet in Trash

A Sheetz Gas Station employee called Stow Police because a wallet was found in a trash can near the gas pumps, Nov. 14. The wallet had credit cards and a drivers license inside. An officer called the woman who’s license was in the wallet. The woman, from Hudson, said her wallet had been stolen. It was returned to her later that day. 

Woman Loses Wallet with $500 Inside

On Nov. 14, a 54-year-old Munroe Falls woman said she lost her wallet in Stow. She told officers she remembered last seeing it at Pet Suplies Plus.

Inside the wallet was reportedly the woman’s drivers license , $450 to $500 in cash, three bank credit cards and her Macy’s credit card and several store discount cards. The woman called her bank and canceled her cards. She noted there was no suspicious activity on the credit cards.

The wallet is a gold leather Tignanello brand wallet, valued at $50.
