The Boy Scouts of America’s “perversion files” were released a few days ago by order of the Oregon Supreme Court and it’s come to light that a Stow Boy Scout leader was accused of fondling troop members.
There aren't many details about the incident listed on the report. According to incident No. 392 on page 26, the Boy Scouts of America allege David G. Decker of Troop #273 in Stow of fondling troop members.
This incident is one of thousands documented by the Boy Scouts of America from 1971 to 1991.
There are 1,892 incidents listed on the report. It is attached to this post in the form of a .pdf.
An incident in Cuyahoga Falls, where a man was accused of “engaging in sexual contact with a 12-year-old Scout," is also listed in the report.

It is horrible what happened to these boys but please note there have been major changes in the youth protection of boy scouts. BSA has implemented the premere anti abuse policy in the nation. anti abuse recognition and reporting training is now required for Leaders, Scouts and parents.
