Two doctors practicing in Cuyahoga Falls and Uniontown are interested in building a two-story medical facility close to the Stow Municipal Court this fall.
Dr. Matthew Lutz and Dr. Phillip Khalil have an Otolaryngology practice that specializes in pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders, as well as allergy, sinus, sleep apnea, hearing disorders, balance disorders, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, thyroid, salivary gland disorders and speech and swallowing disorders, according to their website.
Ohio ENT & Allergy's architect is David Pelligra who told council that once the doors open on Steels Point Drive, the Cuyahoga Falls office will close.
The plans approved by council include medical space and administrative offices. The 14,000-square-foot building would also include space for two more doctors.
Construction is expected to begin in September.
