On Nov. 20, a resident of the 1100 block of Ritchie Rd. called Stow Police because there was a loud explosive noise in the hallway of the apartment complex.
Police said they discovered that someone wrote on the victim's door in the Colonial Woods Apartment complex and set off fireworks in the hallway. Police said the suspect wrote "Turn down that [expletive] TV down!" on the door.
The damage is valued at $100.
