Stay!! He has every right to file a lawsuit against people who knowingly and willingly break a law. Let the courts decide if he was right or not.

Agreed. Rod, stay the course until all matters related to this suit are publically disclosed and and folks are held responsible. Without full transparency the board is a sham. I again applaud Rod on his bold and courageous action.

I'm sorry but this clerical error turned out to be a huge error. It definitely makes the Board look guilty.

This is all rediculous, dealing with lawsuits is so over the top . It's sad that someone whom wanted to help the schools and the children has resorted to suing instead of talking things out first. What kind of example does this set for our children and adults for that matter. Education is knowledge and communication is the key. Well to most people.

How nice of Patch to rely on Mr.Truthbeknow's videotape of the Bored of Education meeting. If anyone should resign it should be Bored President I've got Too Much Power and VP Wrong for violating public meeting protocol by allowing their pet pitbulls to slander and defame a duly elected Trustee during Public Comment. Shame, shame, shame SMF! Stand strong Mr. Armstrong! Truth is on your side!

"School Board Minutes Corrected" - this is laughable! Do these clowns think that by re-writing history and voting AYE, their previous actions are washed away? Truly pathetic.

Rod is the best board member we have. I would rather see Rod stay and others leave, especially Russ.

Shewithnoname "Fencl" has at least 11 friends because I know I'm number 11. Your comment is rude and unnecessary. Why are you hiding behind a fake name, afraid to use yours for some reason?

It is a clear violation of Robert's Rules of Order to allow an SMF employee and a member of the public to attack a sitting Board member in public comment. Period. The BoE President was derelict in her duties by allowing such an assault to take place.
