Watch: Get Your Rod and Reel Ready, The Annual Fishing Derby is Saturday!
The city is hosting the 28th annual trout fishing derby at Heritage Lake.
Registration for the 28th annual trout fishing derby at Heritage Lake in Silver Springs Park will begin at 8:30 a.m.
The derby runs from:
- 9 to 9:45 a.m. for ages 3 to 6
- 10 to 10:45 a.m. for ages 7 to 10
- 11 to 11:45 a.m. for ages 11 to 15
Prizes will be awarded for each age group.
Participants must bring their own rod and reel. Bait will be available.
