Probably should proof read articles before posting. This states that an 18 year old raped his girlfriend's baby, who is 15 years old. Doesn't quite make sense.

Thank you! Of course I proof read them, this just slipped by. Thanks for pointing it out though, it's fixed!

Its to bad we have such panzies in this country!!!! If a person is obviously guilty, the outcome should be instant death!!!!!

I disagree. I think that he should spend life in prison, where with out a doubt he will spend the entire time he will beat raped, and maybe killed... Instant death is quick. He ruined lives, his life should be ruined. He will have plenty of time to be dead.

*sigh* What the eff is wrong with you? "Such panzies (sic) in this country"?
Moved to another country if you don't like it here. This loser is entitled to his day in court. There was nothing different done here that isn't done elsewhere in the legal system.

*sigh* yes we are a country of laws... But raping a 15 month old is unthinkable /unforgivable even to the “open minded progressives” in our society. There is no possible defense/explanation...
Sadly this case will go on for years… and life in jail will cost the remaining tax payers in our country untold hundreds of thousands of dollars; money which could be spent on productive members of society.
If Obama/our government can have someone killed (drone targeting) w/o due process/day in court because of "clear evidence" Local authorities should be able to "drone" this guy. A DNA test to prove the fluids are his... and 1-2 people swearing he did it... and he is gone. Estimate ~30 minutes of “court time”
Yes... Lawyers will lose a few hundred thousand dollars in legal fees and jail will lose 50K/year for next 40 year. Upside: whatever genetic defect this animal has to will not be passed on to a future generation (unless he is already a baby-daddy).

This is sad to hear that someone would find enough reason with themselves to do something like this. I would only hope that as this little girl gets older this will not be a memory for her. My heart goes out to the victim and her family.

This type of thing makes me sick.
At what point do we address this type of act as in-human. Complete human beings do not do this type of thing, so I believe this person to not be human and should be treated as such. Life in prison is easy for someone that is not a complete human, also a person like this can not be rehabilitated.
I think we are running out of options to deal with this type off creature.

The suspect lives in zip code 44224 but does not live in Stow. The suspect lives in the City of Cuyahoga Falls and in the Hudson School District. This is not the first time that a criminal who resides in Silver Lake or Cuyahoga Falls has been identified as living in Stow.

West's last known address is 4890 Wyoga Lake Rd. in Stow, according to the Portage County Sheriff Department.

The Portage County Sheriff's Department got that address from the suspect. If you look at the Summit County property tax records, you will see that 4890 Wyoga Lake Road is in the City of Cuyahoga Falls and the Hudson Consolidated School District. It is not in Stow.

jason let me give you a scenario!! you have a 2 year old son and you see your old girlfriends new boyfriend torturing him, you are not going to do anything except call the police and let them handle it? if so you're the biggest liar or the biggest weenie. I am sure you would do whatever you could to kill the person! but since this rape case does not affect you at all you're standing up for the rapist rights. what about the victims rights? you really sound selfish!!!

back in 88 I walked in on a child being molested in a public facility. it was a friends child and even if it was at a friends child I beat the molester until several people pulled me off and held him till the police came. hopefully he's in a place where he can never do that again, but according to your standards I am sure he is rehabilitated and working kids groups!!

death is quick and inexpensive. the victim or the victim's family should decide how they die. I would choose to throw them in the middle of the desert with no food or water and videotape them.

Just because someone does a monstourous thing does t mean we should act like monsters. We are humans, and hopefully civillized. Let's not fall to his level here. If he deserves the death penalty then he will get it, but in an organized manner. Personally I think it would be a lot worse to spend life in jail. Death is a salvation to this man. I would know, I went to school with him.
