Your Core M.O.W. (Move of the Week)

Hey all!

Hope you're getting your week started off on the right track!

We're bringing to you the Hardcore m.o.w. (move of the week)... the Hip Through. Taken from my wrestling days, it's a great core conditioning move for strength, endurance, hip activation, and a lean and mean mid-section. 

If you ever hear my philosophy on training, you'll quickly learn that I'm all about getting your body to move in every way it was meant to. From my experience, doing this will help you look, feel, and move at your absolute best.  This is one of those moves that will get you there!

It's time to erase the old-school mentality of sit-ups and crunches and add this move to the mix. It is guaranteed to get you out of your comfort zone.

Push It. Live It. BE IT.
