Your FREE Back, Butt, & Bicep Shredding Workout

Hey everyone!

The one area that most people do not hit enough, and in my opinion is the most important, is the posterior side, i.e. back, butt, and hamstrings.  So I put together an example of one of my workouts that I do to hit some pullings movements, targeting the back, butt, hams, and biceps.  Plus a FAT-Blasting finisher at the end.
