I don't think the city is allowing it,but I think maybe the situation is that there are no lawsRead Morehere regarding panhandling, because I don't think it's ever been an issue until recently. I know that Stow does have laws against solicitation door to door.

I think mayby you need to find out why these humans might be doing this. They might have fallon onRead Moreh ard times and this is the last resort they can find. Working 15 hours a week don't pay all the bills. Next time you pass by them give them a smile. It that a lot of will power to be out there.

Thanks to the people who offered to provide me with occasional transportation. A VERY big thank you Read Moreto Wand for helping me get all of my Christmas shopping done. Also, Have met Jim when he visited me in the hospital and will be calling him soon. Duke also posted that he could provide a ride, if needed. So far, I have not gone anywhere but spent 12-20 thru 1-24 in the hospital (had surgery on the 20th). Came home in a cab at 7pm Christmas Eve. Went by ambulance on 12-28 back to hospital, had surgery again on 12-31 (Great way to start the year!). Was in ICU for 4 days and ended up in the hospital until 1-13-2014. Had esophageal surgery to remove a large benign growth. Came back with an infection in my lungs. Touch and go during 2nd surgery but had lots of prayers from Stow alumni/family/friends. Have 15 staples in a 5 inch incision-not looking forward to getting those out-OUCH!!. Still have an IV for daily antibiotics (which I did not receive ANY before/during/or after the 1st surgery). This site helped me to make 2 new friends; Wanda and Jim. Thank you, Stow Patch for helping me connect with some wonderful people.
