Open try-outs for Kimpton 7th and 8th grade cheerleading will take place at the high school Thursday, August 9th from 8:00-10:00am in the wrestling room. Girls who wish to try out must come prepared with a cheer and 3-8 counts of a dance. They will also show tumbling skills and jumps. Participants must wear a white shirt and blue or black shorts.

The Stow-Munroe Falls High School educates young adults and prepares them for college. The high school has on-site athletic fields, tennis courts and practice fields. About $50 million is appropriated to all the schools within the Stow-Munroe Falls City School district, with a lot of the money going toward the high school's facility. There are 365 certified teachers in the district, and many are at the high school building. The high school educates students in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades.
