DESCRIPTION:A mandatory Parent Information Meeting for parents/guardians 
 of all Stow-Munroe Falls High School (SMFHS) fall sports participants en
 tering grades 9-12 will be held Thursday\, July 26\, 2012 at 7 p.m. in t
 he SMFHS Commons.\nCathy O&rsquo\;Donnell\, Executive Associate Athletic
  Director/Senior Woman Administrator at Kent State University will serve
  as the guest speaker. All parents will meet for a brief program\, follo
 wed by smaller breakout sessions for each sport\, which will be held in 
 classrooms. &nbsp\;All mandatory forms and important information includi
 ng athletic training guidelines\, eligibility\, practice schedules\, and
  season pass information will be discussed.\nAlso\, parents are reminded
  that a Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form needs to be completed
  by a physician\, and remain on file in the athletic office\, prior to s
 tudent athlete eligibility. The six-part form may be downloaded from the
  ohsaa.org website\, or picked up in the athletic office at SMFHS. For m
