In this blog roundup, we learn the benefits of running, visiting a chiropractor, and follow a woman on her Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for a Cure.

1. One of our newest bloggers, Stephani Itibrout, is housed on Fairlawn-Bath Patch. She's decided to blog about running and how it helps her cope with life. Read her first blog here, and her post about new running shoes here.

2. Blogger Eileen Rupert is Walking for a Cause. She's walking 60 miles in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for a Cure and blogging along the way. Follow her here.

3. Are you running for political office this November? Blog about it! Check out Mayfield Heights mayoral candidate Donna Finney's blog here. She keeps us updated about her campaign weekly.

4. The state of Ohio's direct spending per capita is marked the seventh highest growth percentage in the nation, according to Ohio Watchdog. Read the rest of the blog about state spending here.

5. Did you know that much of our emotional expressions can be a product of the tone, tension and position of the spinal cord? Maybe we all need an adjustment sometimes! Chiropractic blogger Dennis Ehren explains more.
