Bestselling Fantasy Author Comes to Library

New York Times bestselling author Cinda Williams Chima comes to Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library on Tuesday, October 4 at 7 p.m. for a reception and brief talk to celebrate the release of her new novel, The Gray Wolf Throne. Chima’s young adult high fantasy Seven Realms series began with The Demon King, followed by The Exiled Queen. Third in the series, The Gray Wolf Throne came out this fall. A fourth book is slated for 2012.

Chima is also known for the Heir Chronicles, a popular contemporary fantasy series which includes The Warrior Heir, The Wizard Heir, and The Dragon Heir. Two more books are planned in this series. All Chima’s books are published by Hyperion.

Cinda Chima is a dynamic speaker who goes out of her way to connect with her teen and tween audience. She has been active in the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators for more than five years, providing critiques and advice to emerging and established authors. She lives in Ohio with her family, and is always working on her next novel.
