Holly Phillips is the Betty Crocker Baker’s Challenge Grand Prize Winner and the owner of Mrs. P’s Gluten Free Bakery.  On Wednesday, January 25 at 7 p.m. she’ll present ‘Baking & Eating Gluten Free’ with step-by-step cooking demonstrations and samples of her recipes.
