STOW COMMUNITY FARMERS MARKET

We are planning our second great year of the Stow Community Farmers Market held in our church parking lot at 1567 Pilgrim Drive (Behind the Briarwood Nursing Center) on Saturday mornings from 9 AM - 12:30 PM starting June 16 through October 6 for 17 straight weeks.  In the plans are more activities, entertainment, cooking demonstrations and more diverse variety of vendors.  Our  new logo was created through Mrs. Kane's Art Illustration Class from the Stow-Munroe Falls High School.

The Stow Community Farmer's Markert today waa great. The church volunteers did an outstanding job organizing this. I hope and pray that everyone comes out regularly to support this weekly event.

That's so wonderful to hear! I couldn't make it this weekend, but I plan on going many times this summer.

Too bad it's at a church and not a non religious site.

Stow Resident, Why is that "Too bad"?

While I appreciate that the UCC if left leaning I still don't want to go to church in order to buy my veggies.

Well Stow, no one can force you. I think your rationale for coming to this choice is poor but it's all yours.

Thanks James, that means a lot.

I love that the logo was designed by the High School illustration class! What an excellent example of the community working together, and it shows the students the real life benefits of classroom skills.
