Work has started on the new Panera Bread planned on Graham Road at the former Big Boy location.
Site prep work is under way this week for the new 8,823-square-foot Panera. It will stand at 1063 Graham Road, where the long vacant Big Boy restaurant was demolished in November.
In December, Stow City Council unanimously approved plans for the second Panera Bread location. The eatery already has a restaurant on Kent Road.

Signs that were installed last month at the site have since been removed.
