New Industrial Building Planned for Alpha Parkway

Planning commission signs off on 14,000 square-foot building

The industrial Alpha Parkway near State Route 8 is going to get a new tenant.

The Stow Planning Commission approved a site plan Tuesday for a new, 14,000 square-foot facility on 2.5 acres for QuestMark Flooring.

QuestMark currently has offices on Allen Road and will be relocating to the Alpha Parkway site, according to minutes from Tuesday's commission meeting.

Stow Planning Director Rob Kurtz said J & E Development, the firm that owns the facility where QuestMark operates today, is planning to build the new facility for the firm, which specializes in industrial, commercial and retail flooring.

QuestMark specializes in polished concrete and polymer flooring, according to its website.

Kurtz said the new building for QuestMark is the second to be built in the industrial parkway and will add a neighbor for the existing InterChez offices.
