“These six retailers represent approximately 26 percent of the total retail project," said Robart in a prepared statement released on Thursday. "We are very close to finalizing an agreement with yet another major retailer, which will be more than double the size of the Giant Eagle store.”

The 400,000-square-foot, $60 million retail space, which will be located on a 28-acre parcel off State Road and Portage Trail, is set to break ground this June, said Robert Stark, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stark Enterprises.

“All of these announced establishments share our vision of what the marketplace will become – bustling streets filled with the most popular national and regional retailers and dining establishments,” he stated.  “This is only the beginning of many exciting announcements yet to come.”
