“To prevent choosing favorites, our employees vote for one person to nominate to represent our company," Randy Katz, co-owner of City Scrap and Salvage said. "This process creates great companionship each year with our employees promoting themselves to each other. A great event to look forward to in September.”

Nominations are free and forms may be downloaded here, or print off the form attached to this post. The deadline is July 31. There is no limit to how many employees one person nominates.

Questions on the nomination form include, "What special contribution has this employee made to your business?, What are the employee’s best work qualities? and What has the employee done above and beyond their call of duty?"

Lunch is $25 for those who would like to attend but aren't nominated.
