Join us on Tuesday, October 15, for our monthly luncheon and membership meeting at Silver Lake Country Club, located at 1325 Graham Rd., Silver Lake. “Come early to connect,” starting at 11:15 a.m. The October luncheon is a Candidates’ Forum where we will meet and greet several candidates running for seats in the following local races: Stow City Council; Munroe Falls City Council; Stow Municipal Court; and the Stow-Munroe Falls Board of Education. Each candidate in attendance will be given one minute (timed) for open comments. Twenty eight certified candidates were sent invitations to attend.
Get to know the candidates and meet other candidates that will be at the luncheon. The candidates will be available for questions before and after the luncheon. The time has been extended to 1:30 p.m. to accommodate the format.
The October luncheon is sponsored by Falls Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, 330 Broadway East, Cuyahoga Falls. Reservations are necessary prior to the deadline on Thursday, October 10. We regret that cancellations after noon Monday, October 14, will not be accepted and no- shows will be billed. Cost is $17.00 for members and $22.00 for non-members. Members that attend can win a “FREE” ad in the Stow Sentry, by dropping a business card in the entry box.
