Annual Memorial Day Ceremony Planned for Monday
After the ceremony in the cemetery, a wreath will be dedicated at the doughboy statue.
This year's annual Memorial Day Ceremony will feature a parade assembly and march to a monument with local scouts, the color guard, veterans and a firing squad.
The Stow-Munroe Falls High School Symphonic Band will also perform prior to the presentation of the Poppy Princess and Prince.
In addition, a proclamation will be presented by Stow Mayor Sara Drew, official remarks will be presented by George Fisher, Commander of American Legion Post #175 and V.F.W. Post #4738 and James Costello, Stow City Council President.

Immediately after the ceremony, a wreath will be dedicated at the doughboy in front of Stow City Hall, followed by a reception at the Acker-Moore Memorial Post at 3733 Fishcreek Rd.
The ceremony at the cemetery begins at 10:15 a.m. at 3162 Kent Rd.
