Bejcek: Every teacher here has had a tremendous impact on my life, but I feel I owe an exceptionally large thank you to the following: Mr. Moyer for being a fantastic advisor for NHS; Mr. Stratton, Mrs. Richards, and Mrs. Badar for teaching me life-long lessons in their super inspiring English classes; Mrs. Campbell for being a wonderful Science Olympiad advisor and for taking initiative to start up the club; Mrs. Payne for her dedication to her students and her optimistic outlook on life; Señora Blohm and Señora Jurmanovish for instilling a passion for Spanish into their students; and finally, Mr. Monroe, Mrs. Sandman, and Mr. Newman for allowing me to appreciate music and giving me so many fond memories with the band program at SMFHS.

Patch: What one piece of advice did you receive in high school that you remember to this day?
Bejcek: I had numerous teachers that really encouraged me to break out of my shell during those awkward freshman and sophomore years. You only go through high school once, so you might as well take every opportunity that presents itself and see what you can make of it.
