Snow Expected a Couple Days this Week

While Christmas in the Stow area was green, the month of December will likely close out with a couple of days featuring the white stuff.

Chances for snow are the strongest on Tuesday, with more possible Wednesday morning. But any acccumulation would likely disappear by Thursday, when the high is expected to be near 40 degrees.

Here's Stow's weekday forecast, courtesy of Aol Weather:

• Monday: Lots of sunshine is on tap for this afternoon, with a high near 42 degrees. Winds will be SW at 10 to 15 mph. This evening will be partly cloudy early followed by cloudy skies overnight. The overnight low will be around 34.

• Tuesday: Cloudy with rain and snow. Temperatures nearly steady in the mid 30s. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. The overnight low is expected to dip below 30.

• Wednesday: Snow showers are expected in the morning. Daytime highs in the upper 20s and lows in the mid 20s.

• Thursday: Rain and snow showers. Highs in the upper 30s and lows in the mid 30s.
