Winter Weather Advisory Through Noon Wednesday

Snow is on the way ... probably 3 to 5 inches of accumulation by noon Wednesday.

"Let it Snow" isn't just a Christmas song or , it's going to be a reality in Stow by Wednesday.

Stow has been issued it's first Winter Weather Advisory for the 2011-12 winter season. 

According to the National Weather Service, the advisory is in effect from 4 p.m. Tuesday until noon Wednesday.

Expect 3 to 5 inches of accumulation by noon Wednesday. Rain is expected to change to snow sometime Tuesday afternoon and snow will continue overnight.

Winds are expected to reach 25 mph with gusts of up to 35 mph, which may cause snow drifts.
