SMFCSD Public Records Requests -- Group Eight-- Fencl requests
Like the others Jeanne Fencl now has a terrific opportunity to reveal the results her investigation. Who knew what? When did they know it? What did our tax dollars buy? Come on you can tell us!
Group Eight includes requests Jeanne Fencl made for a large number of emails made to and from district employees and non-employees including Stow Mayor Sara Drew. Also emails to/from Rhonda Custer, Michelle Schmidt, Donny Van Oss and Jacquie Mazziotta. Other requests include numerous back up documents for district A/P expenses, attendance records for all employees for the last two years, substitute costs for last two years, employee lists and pay, list of employees attending union or IB meetings/training for the last two years. Fencl also asked that nobody be told of her public records requests and that all past requests with her name and contact information be kept anonymous. She also asked to be told if anyone had been given such information. She requested information related to IB,
wireless communication, NEOLA and district emails related to NEOLA wireless
communication policies. The check Jeanne Fencl wrote for $30.80 was returned
"NSF" on October 28, 2012. There have been other returned checks from
within the eight groups requesting records. Those checks were for other school
related activities.
