What Happened at Thursday's Council Meeting Oct. 27

At-large councilman Mike Rasor describes the events of Thursday's meeting of Stow City Council.

Council met before the meeting in executive session to discuss the promotion of an employee to coordinator of Stow Youth Services. The employee will receive the same salary that she did before the promotion.
