We had a relatively short . It was the last council meeting before Nov. 8's election, if that means anything. My notes are below ...

Council met before the meeting in executive session to discuss the promotion of an employee to coordinator of Stow Youth Services. The employee will receive the same salary that she did before the promotion.

. The city has completed its first round on District 1. But the trucks will be back shortly, so please prepare accordingly. The district map is pasted below...
