What's for Dinner? It's Holiday Grilling Season — Ribs Edition

Grilling season is here! Share your best rib recipe here!

It's that time of year again — the official start of the grilling season.

This is also a very busy time of year. There is so much going on what with , weddings, outdoor sports, etc. It's been really difficult for me to even have everyone around to have a decent dinner. It seems everyone is going every which way.

I was asked recently what I'm making for the weekend and I said usually I make ribs for the Memorial Day weekend, but that every year, I look for a different way to make them. I have tried boiling, cooking, dry rubbing, marinating ... I just can't seem to come up with the right mixture of seasonings and the perfect way to cook the ribs so they are "finger lickin' good" and the meat falls off the bone.

My friend mentioned that someone he knew used a mustard marinade and that the ribs were smoked for 24 hours. He said those were the best ribs he had ever eaten. OK ... I don't have 24 hours to make dinner, but I am willing to marinate overnight.

Well, this time I am asking for anyone to share their favorite rib recipe.  If you don't cook ribs, then how about sharing your favorite cookout meal?

I'll let you know which recipe I use next time! In the meantime, have a safe and great Memorial Day Weekend!
