Successful After Prom Accomplished!!

The 2012 Stow-Munroe Falls High School After Prom was a huge success!! We reached our fundraising goal and were able to provide an entertaining evening of fun thanks to many generous individuals, organizations, and businesses. Our seniors have now graduated and we are in the midst of attending graduation parties and summer vacations. However, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank the many people that it took to pull of this huge job!

A big thank you to Terri Schneider who volunteered to head up the committee once again. This is a year-long job and she knew what she was in for, and yet, agreed to do it again! Thanks also to Lori Baker, Heidi Covan and Penny Schirra for all the fundraising and volunteer organization. We had great committee heads who organized a great event and we thank them all for their many hours of work. You can see them listed here.

The decorating committee, under the artistic guidance of Christine Ries, made The Amazing Race to Cities Around the World theme come to life in the high school commons! Luminaries were placed all around the drive of the high school with Class of 2012 on the hillside. It was really a sight to see! We had so many parents volunteer to help out that night, checking students and their guests in, helping with games, serving food, giving out tons of great prizes, and chaperoning the Cedar Point Trip - it was fantastic!

None of this could be accomplished without the help from parents and the community. Please patronize the businesses who've helped us out. Thanks to all those who continue to help out After Prom every year.
