$10,000 in Jewelry, Coins Stolen From Cherryhurst Drive Home

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A resident of the 4400 block of Cherryhurst Drive reported the theft of nearly $10,000 worth of jewelry and coins from his home, according to a May 14 report.

An 83-year-old man told police that his home was burglarized between May 4-11. The crime is a second-degree felony.

Items reported stolen include a diamond and gold ring valued at $5,000, three other diamond rings with a combined value of $2,500, two diamond watches with a combined value of $1,500 and 10 sets of uncirculated silver coins with a combined value of $400.
