9 Eggings Reported in Nighttime Spree

All information is according to Stow Police

Numerous Stow property owners were left cleaning up broken egg shells and their runny contents after vandals went on a spree throwing eggs during the night.

Nine different property owners reported to Stow Police on Aug. 12 after 9 p.m. that someone had thrown dozens of eggs at their houses and cars.

Five of the houses egged were on Stonebridge Crossing.

At one location, police found three empty egg cartons.

No charges have been filed, but the offense, which amounts to criminal mischief, is considered a third-degree misdemeanor.
