Charges Filed in Meth Explosion
Brandon Davis and Stephen Scott charged with making meth
The two men injured during a meth lab explosion on Mac Drive last week have been charged with making methamphetamine.
Stow Police issued a press release today identifying Brandon C. Davis and Stephen J. Scott as being at the duplex at 1442 Mac Drive when it burst into flames Wednesday evening.
Both men were injured in the meth blast.

Davis, who according to police has been released from the burn unit at Akron Children's Hospital, and Scott, who remains hospitalized, have both been charged with: Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, a first-degree felony; Illegal Drug Chemicals, a second-degree felony; and Aggravated Arson, a first-degree felony.
Further charges may be forthcoming depending on the outcome of the continuing investigation into the blast, according to police.

Police responded after getting multiple 911 calls from neighbors on Mac Drive about the explosion, which caused visible damage to the house.
The men sustained burns to their hands, feet and face, our news partner at WEWS Channel 5 reports. The meth lab was in a back bathroom.
