Drugs, Syringes Dumped in Retail Plaza Dumpster

The woman told officers she suspected someone she knew dumped a book bag with drugs into a commercial dumpster at the 4900 retail block of Darrow Road. (The same shopping plaza as.)
Police said they found a bag with the words "Moving Fusion" on it in the dumpster and inside was a piece of paper folded up with white residue, a clear plastic bag with two needles and several prescription bottles — some empty, some full. Other items in the bag included shaving cream, men's cologne, deodorant, a hair trimmer and a notebook with personal phone numbers listed in it, according to the report.

Police said they also discovered a brown wallet with a man's identification in it and food stamps with a woman's name on them.
Drug possession is a fifth-degree felony and having drug abuse instruments is a second-degree misdemeanor, in this situation.
