On Aug. 16 around 11:05 p.m. officers were informed that a street sign was ripped out of the ground and damaged.
Officer said the Maplehurst Drive-Cheryhurst Drive sign was pulled from the ground and the signs were broken off from the post. The street department was notified. Police said there are no suspects at this time.
Criminal mischief is a second-degree misdemeanor in this situation.
