Hungry Thief Steal Tomatoes Straight From the Vine
The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.
were called after a man noticed a tomato cage was missing from his garden.
The 34-year-old man reported the theft occurred between the evening of July 19 and the morning of July 20 at his home on the 3700 block of Vira Road.
According to the report, the man did not see or hear anything unusual. There are no suspects.
The theft is a first-degree misdemeanor and criminal trespassing is a fourth-degree misdemeanor in this situation.
