Intoxicated Man Kicks Window out of Cruiser

A Pennsylvania man, who police said was intoxicated, was being detained in a police cruiser Sunday night at when he kicked out the drivers side rear window and bent the door frame. 

The Pennsylvania man was at the hospital because he told he had two broken knuckles, according to the report.

Damage is estimated at $1,200, said police.

The man was arrested and sent to Summit County Jail. Vandalism is a fifth-degree felony in this situation and disorderly conduct is a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
