Jewelry, Checks, Credit Cards Stolen From Seneca Street Home

Jewelry valued at $3,500, checks and credit cards were reported stolen May 20 from a home in the 3700 block of Seneca Street, according to .
The homeowner, a 55-year-old man, told police that someone entered his home without force and gained access to his safe sometime between 8 a.m. May 14 and 11:57 p.m. May 20.
Items stolen included a four-leaf clover necklace charm featuring a yellow diamond valued at $1,000; a white gold watch with diamonds valued at $2,500; credit cards issued by , , and JCPenney, as well as an unknown quantity of personal checks.
