Knife Used to Threaten Restaurant Customer

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A Wing Warehouse employee called Stow Police Oct. 14 because he said a man who had several drinks was threatening another customer. 

The employee told police that the man was using a knife to threaten the other man. As police were en route, the victim left the establishment. 

Police said the suspect was there and was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, based on witness statements. Disorderly conduct, in this situation, is a minor-misdemeanor.

The 49-year-old Stow man was issued a summons to go to the Stow Municipal Courthouse Oct. 19.
