Man 'Looking for Fun' with Youths on Craigslist Faces Prison Time

A 27-year-old Stow man could face up to 2.5 years in prison for meeting what he thought was going to be a 14-year-old girl with a condom.

Trevor Wozniak, 27, of Stow will be sentenced in Cuyahoga County Court May 1 for pleading guilty to attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and possessing criminal tools after going to meet a fictitious young girl with a condom.

On Aug. 15, Wozniak posted an advertisement indicating "he was looking for fun" and that he did not discriminate against "age, race, or size," according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office.

That same day in August, an investigator with the prosecutor's office and the Ohio ICAC Task Force responded to Wozniak's Craigslist advertisement posing as a 14-year-old female, according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office.
